   교회구좌나 개인구좌에서 M.O.M.구좌로 매달 자동 이체되기 위해 이 동의서 (click to download)에 기입하시고 서명하시어 M.O.M.으로 보내주십시요. 그러면 다음 달부터 작정 헌금이 매월 자동 이체되어 은행 statement에 M.O.M.이름으로 매월 정해진 날짜에 헌금내역이 나갈 것입니다.

   만약 이후에 자동이체를 중단하시고 매월 check를 보내는 것으로 바꾸길 원하시면 저희 사무실로 연락하십시요.
